The Accident That Changed Everything
Several years ago, my life took an unexpected turn after a motor accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury (TBI). Recovery required more than physical healing. It tested my self-control, mental toughness, and ability to stay steady when progress felt slow or uncertain. I had to rebuild not only my body, but my focus, order, and mental clarity. That experience reshaped my definition of strength — not intensity alone, but persistence, restraint, and continuity.

Through consistent routines, disciplined habits, and controlled progression, the gym became a place of rebuilding. Progress came from regularity and repeatability — doing the basics well, over and over again.
This period reinforced the values I live by today: steadiness, reliability, and unwavering follow-through. Not temporary motivation, but habitual excellence.
From Passion to Profession
Fitness has been part of my life since I was 16 years old.
For over 18 years, the gym has been where I developed discipline, resilience, and focus. Long before coaching professionally, I trained friends and family — helping them move better, build strength, and create sustainable habits.
Recently, I officially stepped into professional coaching, turning a lifelong passion into a career by sharing my love for fitness, athleticism, and health — first by becoming the strongest and healthiest version of myself, then by passing that standard on to my clients.

Beyond the Gym: Financial Discipline
Alongside fitness coaching, I work as a financial advisor.
For the past eight years, I have assisted and supported senior advisors, contributing to planning, execution, and long-term strategy. While I am still progressing toward leading independently, those years have built a strong foundation in discipline, structure, and risk management.
Fitness and finance demand the same principles: self-control, consistency, and long-term thinking.
